Assuming the shifting mechanism could handle the hit when the turbo spooled up. When you hammer it they to go to max rpm and shift up the secondary to increase the track speed rpm never changes if it is clutched right. Bring it above idle , hold the brakes , feed it some clutch and it's ready to go.. I'll get to that too.. Even with a big prop, if you could load the motor at 3K, you could spool a pretty good sized turbo. O-Yea , No one really see's the two stroke being offered too much longer , let alone any of the factories releasing a shiftable one..
